If you receive and item that is damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Contact DashSoundENT immediately.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but your customer thinks they haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your shipping address.

While you can choose your local currency through the Currency Selector at the top of our website, all items are priced and charged in US dollars at checkout.
The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but it should match closely with the current rate.
